Guest access

Your welcome instructions will be sent through the Airbnb platform 24 hours prior to check in. For easy access your keypad codes will be provided and instructions to retrieve your keyless entry cards.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and enjoyable stay. Your luxury grants you full access to all living and sleeping spaciously including your private terrace and bar.

 

Other things to note

Questa Sol Villas are equipped for utilities service interruptions including a 1,000 gallons cistern pump system to provide ample water and pressure, new solar water heating system with large capacity, and a automatic backup diesel generator ensuring your stay is always comfortable.

Our premises include multiple security features with 24 hour surveillance of exterior areas an access control to enhance your privacy and safety during your stay.

Parking is included in front of the property. Additional free parking is available nearby the property.

Your host provides essential starter items for your stay, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner. For kitchens or kitchenettes, one dish sponge and one bottle of dish soap are provided. Additionally, there are two towels per guest. Each bathroom is stocked with two rolls of toilet paper.

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.

Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours.

Guest must be at least 21+ to book a reservation. A valid identification is required for all guests prior to check in. To ensure the safety of our guests by confirming the identity of individuals before accessing the premises.


The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 4 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a partial refund for the nights not used.
Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights or due to situations beyond our control.

Maximum occupancy of 4 guests at all times. Occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
